perfectly clean rooms and all-day coffee make for a joyful stay

I was blown away by the extreme cleanliness! The available coffee throughout the day was a delightful perk, truly enhancing my stay at Avid.

oh, and did i mention? no swimming pool or hot tub? ! one would think a place like this would cater to some relaxation! very disapointing stay.

I was incredibly frustrated by the lack of bottled water in the room. Having to trek to the lobby to buy a water bottle first thing in the morning was utterly inconvenient. Additionally, I expected more from a hotel that calls itself a premier IHG brand, especially considering the absence of a swimming pool or hot tub for relaxation.

I enjoyed the extreme attention to cleanliness in my Standard Room with King Bed. However, I faced issues with additional charges during my stay.
